• Institute of the Americas -- an impartial and independent non-profit organization that encourages U.S.-Canada-Latin America cooperation about business opportunities in the Western Hemisphere.
• Latin American and Caribbean Center -- devoted to examining such topics as migration, US-Latin American relations, trade and integration in the Americas, indigenous cultures, economic stabilization and democratization, and sustainable development.
• Latin American Studies Association -- fosters intellectual discussion, research, and teaching on Latin America, the Caribbean, and its people throughout the Americas.
• Washington Office on Latin America -- promotes human rights, democracy and social and economic justice in Latin America and the Caribbean.
