IDD: Interlibrary Loan & Document Deliver Services

USC Libraries' Integrated Document Delivery (IDD) services borrows books and other physical materials and obtains scans for book chapters, articles, and other research materials through a network of libraries, research centers, and other institutions.  IDD operates withing a global network of libraries to share resources and support scholarly research for faculty, staff, and students.

We offer the following library services:

Interlibrary loan (ILL) borrows books, dissertations, government documents, audio-visual items, and other physical materials not owned or otherwise unavailable from USC.

Scan & Deliver provides articles, book chapters, and other documents that are delivered electronically.  This service is available to all students, staff, faculty, and distance users.

Home Delivery provides books and other eligible materials that are delivered to distance faculty and students enrolled in a distance-based program.

Campus Delivery is exclusive to UPC and HSC faculty and delivers books and other eligible materials either USC-owned or ILL-obtained to campus address or departmental office.
