Bioinformatics Software: Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA)

Full day training on both basic and advanced uses of IPA.  The training also includes two features newly licensed this year: Causal Network Analysis and BioProfiler.

1 pm to 4 pm - New and advanced features in IPA

• Upstream regulator analysis
• Mechanistic network analysis
• Causal networks analysis
• Comparison analysis with pathway heatmap
• BioProfiler
