This guide provides information on locating, borrowing, and purchasing doctoral dissertations. If you are unable to locate dissertations using these instructions, ask a librarian in any USC library for assistance.

Purchasing USC Dissertations

Please note that you can access (and print) full text (pdf files) of USC dissertations/theses by searching the database ProQuest Theses & Dissertations or the USC Digital Library.

For other dissertations/theses, especially those, completed between 1959-1974 and after August 30, 1994, contact ProQuest directly via their online form or by calling 1-800-521-0600.

The duplication time ranges between 2 to 3 weeks.

Purchasing Non-USC Dissertations

You can purchase non-USC Dissertations through Proquest-UMI Dissertations and Theses
