The Lewis Carroll Societies are made up of members, collectors, experts, and enthusiasts of the works of Lewis Carroll. The society websites provide important resources for researching Carroll, publishing newsletters with current scholarship and news, and hosting events and conferences. In many cases, these events are open to the public. The Lewis Carroll Society of North America hosts an open meeting/conference twice a year. Memberships are often inexpensive and include subscriptions to Carroll-related publications such as The Knight Letter (LCSNA) and Bandersnatch (LCS UK). There are Lewis Carroll Societies all over the world, from Brazil to Japan.
