10:30-11:30am Genome assembly and strain identification
- De novo genome assembly
- Identify strain specific variants through whole genome sequencing and K-mer/SNP trees analysis
11:30-12:00pm Qiagen’s QIAseq NGS Library Prep Kits

2:30pm-3:30pm Variant Detection Workflows
- Detect of somatic, germline, and copy number variants from your DNA-seq data through whole genome, whole exome, and targeted panels.
