Research4Life: HINARI: Sample Workshops

Research4Life is the collective name for four programs – HINARI, AGORA, OARE and ARDI – that provides developing countries with free or low cost access to online academic and professional peer-reviewed content.

One of the first HINARI workshops - at a time when Internet access was sporadic - access and reliability has improved in the last few years.

Workshop participants included librarians, IT specialists, clinicians, professors, and researchers, many who were from the public health sector. 

 

 

 

University of Florida

This is a photo of a group that was attending the University of Florida for a 2-week course.  A four hour overview of HINARI and material on the Internet was conducted.
