Here is question bank for a potential Google Doc active learning exercise. It contains many potential questions/activities students can do as active learning during an information literacy session.
Library instructors can choose questions from four different information literacy learning outcomes. Drawing on these questions, instructors are welcome to create their own active learning exercise using, modifying, and adding to any of these questions. The sheet also includes a sample Google Doc active learning exercise for WRIT 150 Learning Outcomes to demonstrate one of many ways the question bank can be used, depending on the purposes and learning goals of one's session.

LibWizard is a platform for creating, sharing, and analyzing forms, surveys, quizzes, and tutorials/assessments. USC Libraries subscribes to LibWizard Full, which includes the ability to create graded quizzes and interactive tutorials with an option for a certificate of completion.

Menti is an audience engagement tool that allows you to poll learners, ask for anonymous responses, and share in-class surveys.

Padlet is a virtual "sticky-board" students where can upload, organize, and share content to virtual bulletin boards called "padlets". Librarians can create a free account online and share a link to the padlet with students.

Qualtrics is a robust tool library instructors can use to create learning active learning activities that record students' answers and thus can also function as an assessment tool for information literacy learning outcomes.
