Introduction

This webpage is designed to help anyone interested in supply chain issues including participants in the Marshall's Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management degree program.

Best Bets for Information about Supply Chains

  • Bloomberg offers supply chain data via the terminal function SPLC <GO> if you are already in a company record.  If you are not, enter CompanyName US Equity SPLC <GO> from the main screen. You can locate Bloomberg terminals at Marshall here.

Research Tip

You can search for articles on supply chains, logistics and major suppliers by searching databases such as ProQuest, LexisNexis Academic (Nexis Uni), Factiva and EBSCO Business Source Complete for contract announcements and related information.

Visit the "Articles and News" tab.

Limit by "subject term" whenever possible, such as "supply chain management" or a particular industry (e.g. Automotive and supply chain). Some information is also available for pubic companies in their annual filings (10K). Look here for more on company research.
