USC Dataverse

A guide and resource for using Dataverse at USC.

What is USC Dataverse?

USC Dataverse is a partnership between USC Libraries and USC Center for Advanced Research Computing that allows for the sharing and storage of USC research data created by faculty, students, and staff. This allows for data to be accessible, discoverable and reusable by the public. When data is published on USC Dataverse, it is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring a stable and standardized reference. The platform also hosts dataverse collections for various campus groups, such as schools, departments, centers and institutes. Please contact us if you would like to start a dataverse.

USC Dataverse is funded by:

The Center for Advanced Research Computing (CARC), which offers state-of-the-art high-performance computing clusters, cloud computing services, and more. CARC is constantly expanding their services and outreach to provide the USC research community with the tools they need to conduct transformative research.

USC CARC and USC Libraries Collaboration
