Introduction

The five-workshop NGS series was offered in Spring 2018 by the USC Libraries Bioinformatics Service. The workshop series is designed for anyone planning or doing NGS experiments.  Audience will learn practical guidelines and tips from NGS experimental design to functional interpretation.
