Google Scholar Metrics allow authors to view the visibility and influence of recent articles in scholarly publications. Scholar Metrics summarizes recent citations to many publications and help authors as they consider where to publish their new research. For more information how the metrics are measured, go to the Scholar Metrics homepage.
To view the journal metrics, go to Google Scholar and select the Metrics link at the top of the page. This will take you to the top publications.
Scholar Metrics allow you to view rankings of journals by broad categories like Engineering & Computer Sciences and Social Sciences. You can also view publications in different languages (see below red box).
Refine your list by selecting a broad category (like Social Sciences) and then selecting a Subcategory.
