Best practices for curriculum mapping:
- Use the same course abbreviations and titles as the USC Schedule of Classes
- Include a key if you are using colors or symbols to denote anything
- Make connections to the USC Undergraduate Information Literacy Outcomes where appropriate
- Keep the text in each box fairly brief; use the “notes” function for longer blocks of text (if using Mindomo)
- Keep font and background colors easily legible; for example, avoid white font, and colors difficult to discern from each other (if using Mindomo)
