WRIT150 Wikipedia Editing: Tracking Changes

What to track and why?

If you come across an article entry that has missing or inaccurate information, you will want to make the changes to the entry. Tracking the changes is one way to ensure the correct information is posted.

You can track information within Wikipedia by using the Tracking changes menu. Remember to log in. As you make the changes you may want to take screenshots of the article before and after you make your changes.

See this Wikipedia help section on Talk pages for a guide on managing the discussion on an article.
