Wellness Information Resources: Find Articles

Some tips on finding information on wellness topics within the USC Libraries print and online resources.

Use Databases or Search Engines to Find Articles

The USC Libraries' catalog HOMER does not index down to the level of article titles (few library catalogs do).  To access articles on wellness topics, you need to search article citation databases and/or use broad search engines like Google Scholar (better links to scholarly resources) or Google.

Wellness articles are indexed and linked in a number of the citation databases to which the USC Libraries subscribe for the University. The following are key databases with the most links to wellness articles (as of Winter 2009).  Remember, if you are searching these databases from OFF campus, you must first authenticate yourself as a valid member of USC via our proxy server: https://libproxy.usc.edu/login.  Simply login with your USC username and password.
